The film is accompanied by a series of short Spotlight interviews presenting the distinct SIPRI’s work in Central Mali aims to achieve a better understanding of local priorities by focusing on the needs of the population with respect to both physical and human security, access to basic services, infrastructure, education and healthcare among others. This SIPRI Insights is based on a study that combines both quantitative and qualitative data to provide an evidence-based analysis of local perspectives in Mopti and Ségou.
